At snakeandjakes, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a fit isn't right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all original labels and hardware protectors are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
